This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic.

Job Details:

• $0.43 - $0.51 per mile
• Detention pay: $22-$27 per hour
• Drop and hook pay: $32.00 per stop
• Live load/unload: $60 per stop 
• Local loads:  $45 per load
• Refused delivery:  $32 per stop
• Truck order not used:  $20 per occurrence
• Rail delay:  $22 per hour
• Refrigerated load:  $30 per load
• Mechanical breakdown:  $22 per hour
• Safety training:  $22 per hour
• Miscellaneous paid time:  $20 per hour
• Empty search:  $22 per hour
• Yard work:  $22 per hour
• Hazmat loads:  $25 per load
• Driver assist:  $15 per occurrence
• Driver load/unload pay:  $45 per occurrence
• Crosstown moves:  $15 per move or $20 per hour
• Compliance training:  $22 per hour
• New hire training:  $1,000 per week
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $72,000.00
