Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector (NGDS) is seeking a Task Order / Site Manager 2 to join our growing team of diverse professionals supporting the Mission Training Complex (MTC) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington. This position is contingent upon program award. Responsibilities: The Task Order Manager/Site Manager shall be responsible for the performance of the work of all contractors at that site performing work under this Task Order and shall have appropriate corporate decision-making authority to respond to TO requirements. Provides support across the task order for technical training, training products and surge operations. Collaborates with the MTC Director in direct support of the required TO training and exercise/event missions. Serves as the principal point of contact with the MTC Director for all technical requirements in the TO, and the supervisor for Contractor employees assigned to the MTC. Basic Qualifications: One of the following: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of military training and/or military training support experience; Master’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of military training and/or military training support experience; Experience in operations and training requirements at division or higher level; background in training management; have a full understanding of the Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP); Minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience; Active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance; Prior service as a battalion or brigade commander; Must be able to work on-site at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington; Must be able to travel as needed (up to 10% of the time). Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline; Senior Service College; Minimum of 10 years of supervisory experience leading diverse teams.
