Position Description

The Enterprise Functional Analyst II reports directly to the Enterprise Applications Manager. This role provides opportunities to work in a dynamic and results-driven work environment. The Enterprise Functional Analyst II will take on a leadership role as an integral member of the Refresco network, with the opportunity to experience growth and success at the world's largest independent bottler of beverages.

Key Accountabilities:

The following are essential duties and responsibilities for this position:

• Manage the life cycle of small and medium enhancements and production support issues 40%
• Understand the business's concepts, practices, and procedures 5%
• Work with identified subject matter experts (SME's) to develop solid understanding of SAP processes and provide continuous training 5%
• Create and maintain required documentation including design and functional specs 5%
• Develop test cases and assist team with testing 5%
• Support large initiatives such as implementation of new technologies and application of
• enhancement and support packs 10%
• Provide thought leadership towards adoption of new trends in their area of expertise 5%
• Resolve production support issues 25%

Education and Experience:

•  Associate’s in Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, or closely related;
•  Requires 6 y. exp. as Computer Systems Analyst working on SAP implementations. Must include at least 2 y. exp. with each of the following:
•  SAP PM/EAM module for SAP ECC/S4 HANA implementations & upgrades;
•  Waterfall, Agile, and Iteration methodologies;
•  SAP FIORI, Data Power, PI/PO, and Solution Manager;
•  SAP Plant Maintenance module including implementation, roll out, Business Process Setup, Configuration, Master Data setup, User Acceptance Test support, and Production go-live support.

 *Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.

 Position-Specific Work Requirements: 

• Tampa, FL (USA); may work from home office anywhere in the U.S. Requires ~15-20% travel to other Refresco facilities throughout the U.S.
• Must comply and acknowledge the "Refresco Home-based Job Requirements" policy reviewed during new hire's onboarding.
• This position requires travel for on-site on-boarding at the onset of employment, for a period of 2 weeks, possibly longer.
• This position requires Spring and Fall travel for week long department Summit meetings in Tampa.
• Due to the impact that this role has on Refresco North American operations, travel on short notice to provide business critical support may be required.
