The Plumbing/HVAC Supervisor provides necessary supervision and coordination of the plumbing and HVAC trades to all departments. They also effectively supervise and plan programs to maintain Cedar Point equipment relative to these trades.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first line supervision for Plumbing and HVAC employees.
- Assures that all provisions of the union labor contract are followed.
- Assures park is properly winterized.
- Assures inventory is complete.
- Assures all company policies and safety procedures are followed- maintains department budgets.
- Performs all research relative to ordering parts and materials; assures proper inventory levels.
- Project estimating; assist in completing construction projects,schedule outside services as required to perform work.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Vocational/technical training in Maintenance/Trades preferred.
- 8-10 years of related work experience preferred.
- 1-3 of previous leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and schematics.
