What you’ll be doingThis position is accountable for the collection and accurate submission of all payroll-related information in order to assure absolute accuracy in the generation of the weekly payroll for associates and colleagues. This position is also responsible for the accumulation, compilation, and communication of all information required for client invoicing. This position is also accountable for the compilation and publication of all operational performance reporting as it relates to labor costs, output unit costs, SLA / KPI performance, hiring, terminations, absenteeism, turnover, on and off-standard performance, defect levels, QA / executional accuracy performance; as well as any other critical success factor information that may be deemed appropriate.  This position reports to the facility operations manager with a dotted-line relationship to the industrial engineering function. These accountabilities may be accomplished through the following:

- Workforce Development:
- Assure effective and consistent administration all policies, procedures, regulations, standards of ethics, and reporting protocols.
- Support maintenance of good associate morale.
- Support maintenance of good corporate citizenship and positive customer relations.

- Lean / Continuous Improvement:
- Support a Lean / CI / 6-S culture.
- Support Lean / Six Sigma / CI / 6-S tools deployment as an integral component within the total payroll and operational performance reporting function.
- Support the on-site team is trained in understanding, response, and application of reported statistical operational performance data.
- Support Gemba walks, and War Room meetings being conducted daily.
- Support Lean / Six Sigma / CI / 6-S initiatives, progress, and results are incorporated within regularly scheduled daily-weekly-monthly reporting.
- Continuously work to improve everything!
- 1 or more years’ experience with data collection, data analysis, operational reports generation, and reports distribution.
- 1 or more years’ experience with invoicing, payroll generation, attendance tracking, and turnover tracking.
- A demonstrated progression of professional development and professional achievement.
- A demonstrated ability to work with leadership in support of effective team performance and customer services delivery.
- The ability to manage proprietary information as it relates to associate pay and performance.
- Proven capability to work collaboratively as a member of the overall operational leadership team.
- Strong support of workforce safety and OSHA compliance.
- Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written.
- Support Lean Six Sigma efforts and initiatives – yellow or green belt certification a plus.
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience with concentration in the areas of general business management, accounting, mathematics, statistics, and/or related field.
- Ability to walk, sit, stand for sustained periods of up to 10 hours.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $66,560- $90,576Â
. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
