About the Role:
As a Warehouse Associate you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that products reach our stores and guests efficiently and on time. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional service.
Pay Rate: Earn up to $16.25/hr.
Available Shift Times:
- Tuesday – Friday, 6:00am – 4:00pm
- Tuesday – Friday, 4:00pm – 2:00am
Key Responsibilities:
- Check in product using scanners.
- Move product by hand and/or with manual pallet jacks.
- Prepare, pack and ship store and guest orders.
- Unload and/or load trailers.
- Pick guest orders on all levels of a multi-level mezzanine.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Perform such other tasks as requested by the client team.
Key Requirements:
- Able to adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
- Able to stand and/or walk during shifts up to 12 hours in length.
- Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 47 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs on an infrequent basis.
- Able to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours in duration.
- Able to engage in tasks that require full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists.
- Able to work on a secure mezzanine at a height of 30-40 feet.
- Able to access all areas of the Location, including those requiring stairs.
- Able to work with and around moving mechanical parts.
- Able to work in varying seasonal temperatures.
- Able to work in areas with varying noise levels, including some that require hearing protection.
- Willing to learn new skills and processes.
- Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to maintain excellent attendance.
