Roto Mold Operator Responsibilities:
- Unloading products from machines
- Use of small hand tools
- Attaching cooler handles and covers
- Filling finished cooler with foam (mixture of powder and liquid)
- Testing coolers to make sure they are properly insulated
- Inspect coolers for defects
- Package finished product
Requirements For Roto Mold Operator:
- Lifting up 5-20lbs occasionally
- Bending at waist to pick up boxes
- Twisting
- Standing in one area for 8+ hours daily
- Must be 18 years of age
- HS diploma/GED preferred
- Must be able to work as a team as well as on their own
- Communicate with team and supervisor to ensure efficient methods
- Must understand/communicate/read/write in English
- Must be able to withstand hot temperatures during summer months
- Basic mathematic skills and knowledge
