Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) Surgical Tech (CST) in Tyler, TX.  You may be eligible for a sign on bonus up to $10,000.

Responsibilities

Functions as primary scrub technologist for a variety of routine and complex procedures, while consistently demonstrating clinical skills with confidence and competence. Individual is responsible for ensuring, along with other surgical team members, that they maintain the sterile field, applying aseptic technique principles to ensure a safe, aseptic, and cost effective environment to all patients that clearly spells quality and excellence.


Qualifications

Job Requirements:  

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program and hold current certification with one of the following:
    • The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting, the National Center for Competency Testing or another surgical technologist certification program approved by the Texas Department of State Health Service.
  • BLS Certification

Preferred Job Requirements:  

  • Operating Room experience
