•Ability to perform all duties associated within the department
•Ability to follow instructions & have good communication skills
•A minimum of 2 years of machine operator experience
•Work with limited supervision
•Follow 5-S rule and work in other areas when assigned
•General Requirements:
•Work overtime and/or non-regular hours as needed
•Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 to 150 pounds
•Forklift license required (training) for Warehouse, Order pulling experience is a plus. CDL License a plus for Warehouse 3 positions.
•Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
•Work in other areas as needed
•Conduct developmental testing as requested
•Novice computer skills
•Communicate effectively between shifts
•Excellent sense of safety awareness and good housekeeping (5S)
•Work with minimum supervision
•Must pass basic math and reading skills test
•High School diploma or equivalent

Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position Must be at least 18 years oldÂ
Ability to follow all safety policies and proceduresÂ
Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processesÂ
Reliable attendance and work performanceÂ
Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
