Primary Responsibilities:

·        Perform all duties associated within the department.

·        Follow instructions and communicate effectively.

·        Work with limited supervision.

·        Adhere to 5-S rules and work in other areas as assigned.

·        Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience Requirements:

·        For Assembler roles: Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.

·        For Operator roles: Minimum of 2 years of machine operator experience.

·        For Warehouse roles: Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.

General Requirements:

·        Availability for overtime and non-regular hours as needed.

·        Ability to lift/push/pull between 25 to 150 pounds.

·        For Warehouse roles: Forklift license required (training provided), order pulling experience is a plus, CDL license a plus for Warehouse 3 positions.

·        High school diploma or equivalent.

·        Conduct developmental testing as requested.

·        Pass basic math and reading skills test.

·        Work in other areas as needed.

·        Communicate effectively between shifts.

·        Basic computer skills.

The hourly range for this position is $18.52 - $22.39 hourly. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
