RN Nurse Practitioner / BCBA

Remedy Staffing is Hiring for an Experienced RN Nurse Practitioner or BCBA for a Client in Urbandale, IA!

Our client is looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Nurse Psychiatrist. This is a direct hire opportunity for a local company.

Starting Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 + Full Benefits

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday), some additional hours as needed.

Duties:

• Conducts intake assessments for residents; gather documents and evaluation information to build a files and service plan.
• Build care plans based on assessments for new referrals and existing members.
• Manage case load and meet mandatory meeting requirements for members for group home and host home environments.
• Train staff on behavioral management (de-escalation plans) and manage conflicts between staff and patients.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA Certification or Nurse Certification (RN)
• Min 3-4 years of work experience in Behavioral Health working with adults with intellectual disabilities, brain injuries, autism and/or mental health
• Current CPR certification or ability to get
