Summary
CHS is hiring an AP/AR Energy Billing Specialist to join its finance team. The Energy Billing AP/AR Specialist will provide day-to-day quality customer service support for business unit customers and vendors through in person, virtual or phone contact. The specialist will also perform daily energy billing duties through data entry and importing transactions using multiple systems, identifying and correcting discrepancies as they occur.
This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality in person/over the phone customer service
- Ability to handle difficult inquiries
- Processing of daily imports between systems and identifying any discrepancies
- Reconciliation of information between systems
- Perform data entry from source documents
- Proficient in MS Office suite:Â particularly comfortable with Excel
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR
- High School diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment with interruptions

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
