Essential Job Duties:
- Performs all intake service tasks including, but not limited to: referral intake, document processing, insurance verification, prior authorizations, pre-determinations, coverage exceptions, out-of-network exceptions and appeals.
- Coordinates and arranges patient / customer orders and reorders.
- Provides highest level of customer service through responsive communication and action via phone, email, etc. to all customers and patients.
- Collaborates with warehouse operations, sales, reimbursement/collections, market access teams.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 3-5+ year's of customer service experience preferably in the healthcare industry and / or a Bachelor's Degree or combination of education (Associates Degree) and practical work experience
- High-level of attention to detail, computer literacy with experience in Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Provides excellent written and verbal communications and works well in a team and a fast pace work environment
