Supply Chain Coordinator:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our dental practices are equipped with the supplies and equipment needed to deliver outstanding care. The Supply Chain Coordinator is a key position that supports our multi-site and multi-state dental offices.Â

Responsibilities of the Position:
Procurement and Inventory Management
- Coordinate the procurement of dental supplies, equipment, and other operational materials across all sites.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, ensuring cost efficiency and availability.
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to understand specific needs and preferences.
Vendor Relations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure competitive pricing, quality products, and timely deliveries.
- Manage vendor agreements and evaluate performance regularly.
- Identify new suppliers or negotiate terms with existing vendors to optimize costs.
Logistics and Distribution
- Coordinate the distribution of supplies and equipment to multiple sites in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Resolve shipping and delivery issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and related documentation.
- Participate in project management work as it pertains to office openings, closures, moves, etc.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure all supplies meet organizational and regulatory standards for safety and quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations.
Service and Support
- Serves as a liaison for Supply Chain with other teams and customers.
- Effectively presents information and fields questions in a thoughtful and professional manner
- Initiates, coordinates, and executes supply chain requests
- Provides guidance to staff within the latitude of established work area and policies.
Background and Experience:
- 3 years or more experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, or Purchasing – Healthcare experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient with MS Office (M365, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Organizational and time management skills
Pay Range:
- $25 - $35 per hour
