Reporting to the VP, Delivery and Operations, the Director, Centralized Delivery, leads all delivery aspects from the centralized team that supports business growth. Serving as a direct liaison for the Regional Leaders, this role will play an integral role in establishing and maintaining high productivity, efficiency and quality levels of the Centralized Team as they support role fulfillment and profitability of the field onshore, nearshore, and offshore. The director will be responsible for executing strategic priorities to continuously transform and improve current practices to positively strengthen the organization’s capabilities in candidate sourcing, assessment, and onboarding. The director will drive the growth along with shadow P&L responsibilities for MSP delivery serving a key role in full-cycle client ownership. Strong leadership, problem solving abilities and strategic insight surrounding Adecco’s business practices and delivery is critical to success in this role.

What you’ll be doingGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivers best in class leadership, mentorship, and direct supervision to the Centralized Delivery Sr. Managers Virtual Branch Manager, Nearshore Sr. Manager, and Outsourcing Sr. Managers  with a clear governance structure, delineation of roles, responsibilities, and decision-making authority
Responsible for the development, adoption and adherence of standard operating procedures/process flows by team
Designs, monitors, and analyzes role-based performance metrics and goals to track overall success of assessment and onboarding activities Â
Responsible for supporting the Sr Managers with the process of recruiting, hiring, training and development of Specialists
Â
Oversee and lead the expansion of services at key nearshore and offshore locations
Drive revenue growth and profitability to achieve Virtual Branch budget Â
Serve as a strategic leader in the expansion of BPO Outsourcing with support of sales and solution design
Lead all BPO Outsourcing teams and ensure delivery of solution that meets client quality requirements and maintains positive EBITA
Conducts audits of role-based performance metrics and other results-focused measurements; proactively identifying and executing improvement opportunities
Educate and coaches Sr. Managers and Specialists by reviewing performance metrics and providing timely feedback on current performance opportunities and future career growth
Closely partners with key stakeholders to ensure current processes are executed seamlessly while continuously partnering on identifying and executing on areas of opportunities
Provides regular updates to leadership, along with data-backed insights to recommend adjustments to enhance overall candidate/client onboarding experience

EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of people management required
10+ years of people leadership in a matrix organization
P&L ownership of at least 20M
10+ years Staffing, Operations, or Call Center leadership experience is highly desired
2+ years BPO leadership experience required

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $115158Â - $143948Â
. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.
