• Ave Cases per day: 3
• Physician in Practice: 2 PT MDs
• Support Staff: 3 PSR, 1 surgery scheduler, 2 CMA
      - 1 LPN, 1 Vasc Tech, RN/Practice Manager
• Procedures:
      • Vascular: Aneurysm Repairs, Thoracic
            - Abdominal, Arterial bypass, Peripheral
            - Vascular Access Devices, AV shunt
      • Endovascular:
            - Carotid Artery Stenting, Bypass Surgery, Femoral Popliteal Bypass
            - Aortofemoral Bypass Stenting, Endovenous Laser Therapy Treatment
            - Endovascular and Open Surgical Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions
      • Treatment of: Vascular Malformations, Median Arcuate Ligament, Nutcracker Syndromes
      • Endo Therapy: Peripheral Artery Disease, Gangrene of the limbs
• No of ORs: 6 (Main), 2 (CVT)
      - Hybrid Room with 2 Cath Labs
• EMR: Epic
• Temporary Privileges available: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active VA License
• BC
• DEA
• BLS, ACLS
• Clean background
