About The Position

Wellhart is partnering with a hospital in Virginia to place a locum tenens Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) for a 20-day assignment working 6am-7am (25 hours), starting May 5, 2025. The position involves on-site inpatient rounding and on-site evening call, requiring a dedicated professional comfortable with a demanding schedule.

Start Date: May 5, 2025

LOA: 20 days

Schedule: 6 am to 7 am (25 hours), including on-site inpatient rounding and on-site evening call

Facility Location: Virginia

Provider Needed: Obstetrics/Gynecology

Type of Facility: Hospital

Requirements:

•Board Certification (Board Eligible candidates also considered)

•Active Virginia state license

•Valid NPI#

•Current COI (Certificate of Insurance)

•Active DEA license

Duties:

•Perform on-site inpatient rounding

•Provide on-site evening call coverage

•Deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care
