This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. 

Job Details: 

• $0.71 per mile*  
• Load pay: $155 for all loads
• Detention pay: $30 per hour after 2 hours
• Misc work: $30 per hour 
• New hire training period: $240 per day
• Safety training pay: $20 per hour 
• Holiday pay: $300 per day

• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $96,000
• Frequent home time 
• Onsite management 
• Paid online orientation
