- Monday through Friday hybrid work schedule
- Must have a National Provider Identifier (or obtain one prior to the start date)
- Must have a current Hawaii medical license (or be willing to obtain)
- Master's degree in related fields
- Work with individuals, families, groups, and/or intensive outpatient programs
- Provide a variety of ambulatory behavioral health services
