Job Description:
The RN - Ambulatory Clinic - RX provides clinical support to physicians as a member of a highly efficient, well-trained team that supports the optimal level of operations and patient satisfaction as part of the centralized prescription medication refill program. He/She delegates, assesses, plans, coordinates and provides higher level patient care activities where critical thinking skills are used to interpret complex information and guide patients to navigate the outpatient setting. The individual in this position provides clinical support and feedback to refill specialists.Education:
Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program - Required
Bachelor's Degree Nursing - Preferred
Experience:
1 Year Acute Care Hospital - Preferred
1 Year Ambulatory, triage, or medical office experience - Preferred
Certifications/Licensures:
RN Registered Nursing - California Board of Nursing - Required
BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required
Skills:
It is a requirement of this position that the employee be available to work some weekend shifts based on operational needs but a minimum of one weekend shift per month may be required.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.

$66.27 - $89.47HourlyOffer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
