Job Description:
Working with physicians and oncology service line staff, the Nurse Navigator/Patient Educator / Program Coordinator is responsible for developing, facilitating and/or coordinating system-wide patient care services developed for specific malignancies. The Nurse Navigator /Patient Educator will function as a patient advocate and resource, program coordinator/developer, clinical educator, and program marketing expertise. The Nurse Navigator /Patient Educator will develop and maintain a high degree of expertise and knowledge regarding state of the art technology and services related to Oncology and adhere to the Health System mission in providing quality care service. Provides oversight and coordination of the Bariatric Program at the Concord Medical Center.Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing Required
Bachelor's Degree Accredited School of Nursing Preferred
Master's Degree Accredited School of Nursing Preferred
Experience:
Nursing - Oncology Preferred
Certifications/Licensures:
OCN - Oncology Certified Nurse Preferred
Skills:
Excellent writing and presentation skills.
Extensive experience and knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook).
Excellent leadership skills.
Ability to work well with physicians, health care professionals, and community organizations.

08.0 - 08:00 - 16:30 No Waive (United States of America)Pay Range:
$74.66 - $101.72HourlyNote: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
