Our client, a leader in composite manufacturing, is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their team. As an Engineering Manager, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative product development. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineering Manager

Location: Wapato, WA

Pay Range: $100,000 - $125,000

What's the Job?

  • Develop, teach, and champion design engineering procedures, tools, and techniques.
  • Participate in design engineering reviews of project tasks.
  • Remain up-to-date on best practices and recommend new approaches/tools.
  • Take ownership of product development from conception through production to ensure operational standards are met or exceeded.
  • Actively seek to update knowledge of the engineering profession, the industry, and the application of new technologies.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited engineering program or a minimum of 10 years of product engineering experience.
  • 5 years of engineering management responsibility in a concurrent engineering environment.
  • Experience in AutoCAD and SolidWorks; application of ANSI drawing preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain reliability and accuracy.
  • Maximum lifting of 50lbs (all lifting over 50lbs requires a team lift).
