Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector has a need for a Staff Systems Engineer at its Subsystem and Software Sustainment (S&SS) organization in Warner Robins, GA. This engineering position is for a role on our Systems Engineering Team. In this role you will be supporting Electronic Warfare and Radar Development programs. Our ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, a drive to lead from where you are, collaborative people skills, and the proven ability to work within a technically diverse and fast-paced team. This position is in Warner Robins, GA and requires that you work on-site daily. Your responsibilities will include: Act as the primary point of contact for team-related issues and provide regular progress updates, risks and blockers to senior management. Coordinate the workload and assignments of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring efficient execution of engineering tasks. Maintain a backlog of tasks and set team priorities in a manner consistent with the program development schedule. Lead integration and testing of sophisticated Electronic Warfare and Radar systems, including both hardware and software components in development and production environments. Manage system and sub-system level specifications and ensure verification traceability (tracing requirements to test plans/procedures/results). Provide integration laboratory support for software release testing. Review and evaluate test requirements to ensure completeness of test program.
