What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Workflow Business Analyst, who can engage our Department of State client to discover, evaluate, and determine system and business interdependencies that contribute to Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) and Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) mission adoption.  This position will support the acceleration of zero trust ICAM services implementation by State Department system owners and Bureaus.  Duties will include:

  • Performing a variety of ICAM and XTA documentation support assignments to support project development, data analysis, and contractual reporting requirements.

  • Analyzing ICAM and ZTA applicable IT systems, applications and business processes for applicable business and system requirements. Translating requirements into workflow and process visual work products.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders and facilitating discussions and workshops to gather input and feedback.

  • Analyzing data and use data driven insights to make recommendations.

  • Identifying opportunities for business and application rationalization, consolidation and elicitation.

What You Will Need:

  • Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance 

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • TWO (2) years of experience in business analysis

  • Ability to work onsite up to 3 days/week on client site(s) in the DMV

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance

  • Experience supporting federal client engagements relating to the creation of business processes and solutions enabled by Zero Trust and/or identity and access management.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of ICAM and ZTA business processes, and workflow depiction using tools such as ProModel, MS Visio, or similar software.

  • Successful enterprise scale implementations within Information Security

The annual salary range for this position is $71,800.00-$107,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
