JOB SUMMARY

The Division Vice President of Sales is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the Division's sales organization by directing the Division's sales force effectiveness and manage functions essential to the Division's sales force productivity .These include planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and recruiting and selection of sales force talent.

Essential Functions
• Foster close working relationships with US LBM Sales and Marketing team along with its vendors, suppliers, and customers.
• Oversee the Division's sales management operations.
• Design, implement, and manage annual sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes in support of organization strategy and objectives.
• Direct implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
• Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
• Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales organization.
• Provide leadership to the sales organization, and counsel to the Division president in implementing sales objectives that appropriately reflect the Division's business goals.
• Equitably assign sales force quotas and ensuring the Division's financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources through the quota program.
• Accountable for the timely assignment of all sales organization objectives.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
• Facilitate successful implementation of new programs through the sales organization by ensuring a well-defined, efficient sales process is in place for launch.
• Foster the Division's continuous process improvement.
• Prioritize investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity.
• Build, develop and manage sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.
• Adhere to established safety rules and regulations and follows all safety procedures; maintain a safe environment.

Education
• Bachelor's Degree: Required
• Work Experience: 10+ years with a history of progressive leadership responsibilities related to sales, business development, strategic planning and execution, and continuous process improvement.

• Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
• Demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
