As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will:   

1. Empower Student Success: Support and enhance the educational and behavioral goals of all students, with a special focus on those with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). 
2. Therapeutic Excellence: Deliver direct therapy to assigned clients.
3. Student Development: Run programs as prescribed by the treatment plan and by your Supervisor.
4. Effective Support Plans: Implement behavior support plans to ensure consistent and positive behavioral outcomes for our students, promoting their well-being and success in various environments.
5. Stay Ahead: Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices. 
6. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with parents and external professionals.
