Your daily pursuit is leading our awesome laundry team to ensure quality and efficiency of GPC laundry operations.

$18.50/hour

This role is posted for our spring/summer 2025 season! 

• Assist in managing all aspects of laundry operations: training, productively, quality, job safety
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure quality and team safety
• Invest in laundry team by monitoring production standards and working to improve productivity
• Work closely with GPC general managers, housekeeping managers, and food & beverage managers to ensure needs are being met
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, bending, reaching (often above shoulder), lifting (up to 50 pounds), and pushing/pulling carts weighing up to 400 lbs required
• Keeps record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to manager and technician
• Continuously meets efficiency and safety standards
• Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties

• Working knowledge of commercial laundry operations with at least 1-2 years management experience
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull 400lb carts for up to 8 hours a day
• Ability to work in cold and hot temperatures (sometimes 90+)
• Job is production based with set minimal production standards
• Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
