What will you do in this job?:- Act as kitchen manager when Chef is off duty
- Resolves customer complaints in a timely and understanding manner
- Produce high-quality hot and cold foods based on recipes developed by the Chef and Executive Chef
- Create daily specials highlighting local ingredients and Montana-inspired cuisine
- Expedite orders
- Assist with order taking and cash-handling when necessary
- Train and invest in culinary team’s learning and growth
- Assist with ordering, inventory, scheduling, etc
- Ensures cooking stations are sanitized and prepped with necessary tools
- Prepares and stores pizza dough
- Prepares sauces
- Checks quality of pizza before they’re served to guests
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen stations
- Maintain state and federal food safety standards
- Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
- Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
- 1-3 years high-volume culinary management experience required
- Ability to drive; must have a clean driving record – pizza location offers delivered pizza
- Current Serv-Safe certification or food handler sanitation certificate required
- Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
- Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
