Casino Barback, Southland Casino

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time or part-time Casino Barback to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Casino Barback, you will track and stock inventory, deliver beverages, and provide excellent guest service and support to your team.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Southland Casino Hotel, owned and operated by Delaware North, features more than 2200 slot machines, live blackjack, craps, and roulette tables, simulcast wagering, and sportsbook. Our new hotel features 300 luxurious rooms and suites. Southland is located in West Memphis, Arkansas, only a short drive from downtown Memphis, Tennessee.

• Deliver beverages and other products throughout the facility
• Stock product in beverage storage; ensures that inventory levels of supplies are maintained
• Report all needed equipment repairs to the supervisor
• Keep work area and equipment neat and clean
• Empty trash containers and deliver trash to dumpsters if needed

• No diploma required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cooperatively with others, follow job procedures, and supervisor instructions
• Basic math skills for counting inventory

• Ability to lift, move or maneuver up to 70 pounds
• Ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout the facility
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during the entire length of shift
