Key Responsibilities
- PMs and work on HVAC equipmentÂ
- General maintenance like plumbing, painting, cleaning and framing
- Clean snow, lighting, carpentry, and work on dock levelersÂ
- 1-2 years of maintenance experienceÂ
- mechanical and light electrical experience
- troubleshooting experienceÂ
- HVAC commercial building knowledge
