As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be an important part of a team who are really the face of OneMain Auto. You will often be the first person the public has contact when calling us. You will be responsible for all customer service calls assisting with account information, insurance claims, payment deferments, and credit reporting issues.
Location: Onsite in West Valley City, UT
Pay: base + bonus potential
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a rotating Saturday once ever 6-8 weeks.
Job Duties:
Answer incoming calls and answer questions or provide information on accounts.
Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s concern; determining the cause of the problem; explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting the correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution.
Resolve insurance issues and credit reporting problems with customers.
Process extensions and due day change requests.
Other duties as assigned by the Customer Relations Team Lead
Required Experience/Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
