As a Written Correspondence Specialist, you are responsible for all written correspondence assisting with account information, insurance claims, payment deferments, credit reporting issues, dealership questions, and other correspondence received through email and chat correspondence channels.

Pay: hourly

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a rotating Saturday once every 4-8 weeks. 

Location: Onsite in West Valley City, UT

Job Duties:

  • Answer and respond to questions and concerns from customers that are received through written correspondence channels
  • Investigate customer’s problems and help resolve their concerns including credit bureau management and insurance issues
  • Receive, process and secure bankruptcy documents on debtors in bankruptcy
  • Other duties prescribed by the Customer Relations Team Lead
  • Receive and attach documents for accounts in the funding process

Required experience/education:

  • Customer Service skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
