What will your compensation be?:$20/hour and including full benefitsÂ
When does this adventure begin?:This is a regular-full time role scheduled to start January 19th, 2025
What will you do in this job?:- Audit and balance credit card transactions
- Post and maintain banquet event orders
- Set property management system to following day
- Register and assign rooms to guests, issue room keys, provide instruction to bell staff when necessary
- Communicate with night security, report any guest issues
- Communicate with night maintenance to report any issues
- Print next day reports for arrivals, departures, vacant rooms, etc
- Ensure guest wake up calls are logged into phone system
- Keeps record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisor
- Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
- Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
- Previous Front Desk/Night Audit experience preferred but not required – we are happy to train!
- Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key.
- Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
- Be committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
