This Manufacturing Data Analyst will be located in the Plant 10, Whitehall Casting Operation.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and disseminate data to relevant audiences.
• Make recommendations based on synthesis and interpretation of data.
• Align recommendations to business outcomes.
• Serve as link between information and application functions.
• Create and monitor standardized systems of gathering, understanding and sharing data.
• Improve performance from job level to enterprise adoption and adaptation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Hands on experience manipulating and applying advanced statistical analysis methods to real-world data.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics or Mathematics from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with practical application of analytic statistical tools.
• In depth knowledge of statistical software packages.
• Proven success manipulating and applying advanced statistical analysis methods to real-world data.
• Self-starter, strong interpersonal skills and ability to function and drive to excel within a team environment.
• Strong written and oral communications skills; project planning ability; and ability to effectively use MS Office applications.
