Material Control Processor – Thermatech

The Material Control Processor is a first shift position within Plant 4, Thermatech Coatings Operation and will be responsible for: 

  • Preparing shipping and receiving documentation for incoming and outgoing materials, including preparation of export control documentation
  • Receipt of materials
  • Order entry
  • Preparing and maintaining hazardous waste manifest log
  • Physical inventory lead
  • Learn and support key Shipping Department functions to serve as back up when required
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of two years’ work experience or 6 months manufacturing experience.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.  Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.  Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the Internal Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a shipping/receiving department in a manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be flexible in a changing work environment and able to reorganize rapidly to changing priorities.
