• Call Schedule: 24-hr Shifts; 7a-7a       - 7 days/month
• Call Response Time: 15-30 mins
• Patient Demographics: Adolescent & Adults
• Patient Volume: 16-25 (OP); 3-6 (IP)
• No. of Surgeries Per Week: 4-6
• Admissions: 10
• Annual Births: 50
• Support Staff:       - CRNAs, Midwives       - NICU Staffed (with NNP & Tele-Neonatalogist)       - Lab Tech, LPN, RN, MA, X-ray Tech
• Specialty Backup: General Surgeons, Urologist, Critical Care Physicians, Cardiologists
• Procedures: All OB/GYN procedures; C-sections & Hysterectomies
• NICU Level: II
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:       - Surgical blocks are twice per week for non-emergent surgeries
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

• Active KS License or IMLC
• BC/BE (If BE, with 5 yearsof residency)
• BLS
• DEA
• Clean Record (highly preferred)
• Case Logs (at least 20 C-sections and vaginal deliveries each in the last 12 months)
