• Identifying Safety Issues
• Identifying Mechanical Issues
• Metrics
  • Schedule Attainment
  • Performance
  • Batch resample/adjustment rate
  • Batch Yield and improvement
  • Non-conforming inventory rate
  • Training Completion

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Must be able to complete unit conversions and perform simple calculations.
• Ability to plan daily schedule w/ respect to assigned work
• Ability to provide constructive feedback in meeting settings
• Lift Certified
• Ability to run a Homogenizer properly
• Ability to identify and discuss batching issues and corrective actions
• Sanitation/Cleaning Procedures
• Base level computer skills
• Ability to work independently; over-time and non-standard hours if required.
• Ability to work within a team setting and communicate effectively.
• Great attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Ability of intermittently lift up to 100 lbs or handle 55-gallon drums.
• >70% on Ramsey General Skills Assessment

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-2 years in mixing or the compounding of food, beverages, or chemicals.
• Mechanical aptitude; experience with Mixing and Packaging equipment/processes
• Sanitation/Cleaning and hazardous ingredient handling safe practices/procedures
