Job Description:

This position is eligible for a $5.00 an hour Float Pool Differential.

Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, has exciting new registered nurse openings in our emergency room. Be part of the mission to deliver exceptional personalized care within our Magnet-designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 229-bed hospital. As a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room/Intensive Care Unit Team, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness

  • Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient

  • Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or obtain BSN within 5 years of hire

  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

  • Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred

Schedule: Three 12 hour shifts including every third weekend and holiday rotation
