Immediate 1st Shift Part-Time Bookkeeper Job in Windsor Heights, IA!

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50/hr

Hours: day shift
as needed, no more than 30 hours a week

Duties:

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
Posting credits/debits and running a balance sheet (P&L)
Run payroll for 24 people, file state & federal taxes
Data entry into software systems
Cost analysis/accounting
Post time to jobs and figure commissions

Requirements:

2+ years MINIMUM bookkeeping exp and knowledge of accounting principles
Computer knowledge (Open Systems Software)
MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Degree preferred
