Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Electrical Engineers/Electrical Engineers. This position will be located at our Mission Systems Sector in Woodland Hills CA.
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Navigation, Targeting and Survivability. (NTS) Â
Basic Qualifications:Â
This requisition may be filled at either a level 1 or a level 2. Basic qualifications for a Software Engineer 1 are a Bachelor’s Degree. Basic qualifications for a Software Engineer 2 are a Master’s Degree.

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
- Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) from an accredited institution
- Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree
- Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
- The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
Preferred Qualifications:Â
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
- Experience/Coursework with electrical circuit and/or system level design or test required.
- Broad understanding and application of company electrical engineering technical standards.
- Experience/Coursework with electrical circuit radiation environments analysis and modeling (prompt dose rate, total ionizing dose, neutron displacement damage, neutron induced upset, single event effects.

Salary Ranges:
Bachelor's $72,100 - $108,100
Master's $87,200 - $130,800

Salary Range: $1 - $1The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
