Location: 100 Front Street, Worcester, MA 

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8 AM and 4:30 PM

As a Practice Support Associate, you will:

  • Apply knowledge/skills to activities that often vary from day to day.
  • Demonstrate a moderate level of knowledge and skills in own function.
  • Require little assistance with standard and non-standard requests.
  • Solve routine problems on own.
  • Work with supervisor to solve more complex problems.
  • Check in, schedule appointments, answer billing questions and manage patient medical records for a clinic.
  • Roles may vary based on the size of the clinic(s).

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1 + years of customer service and/or data entry experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Epic experience
  • Electronic Medical Records experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills both in person and via phone
  • Working knowledge of general office procedures
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Medical office experience
