What You'll Be Doing:
  • Engaging with customers via phone and email to coordinate deliveries.
  • Tracking orders and ensuring a seamless delivery experience.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
  • Customer service experience (face-to-face, phone, or email).
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
