Tradewind Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary schools in the borough. If you're passionate about supporting children's learning and have an interest in working in a classroom setting, we want to hear from you!

Whether you have experience working with children or have a strong desire to help, this is a fantastic opportunity to support students in their educational journey. Child-based experience is preferred, whether paid or voluntary, and it does not have to be classroom-based.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in Welsh (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience working with children (child-based experience is preferred, whether voluntary or paid)
  • Ability to support primary-aged students in their learning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • A DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
