Are you passionate about supporting young people in overcoming barriers to their education? We are seeking dedicated Personal Care Learning Support Assistants to join our team. You will work closely with academic and support staff to encourage and assist learners who require additional support, whether academic, emotional, or social.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to young people, helping them overcome academic, emotional, or social challenges.
- Collaborate with academic and support staff to deliver a comprehensive, person-centered support plan.
- Assist in developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating a wide range of support mechanisms.
- Support learners in progressing successfully through their vocational studies.
- Experience in working with young people who require additional learning support.
- A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learners.
- Personal Care experience
- Ability to work closely with a team and contribute to individual learner success.
