We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant and Bar Manager to join the prestigious team of a 5-star hotel and spa located in the scenic North East of Scotland, just 15 minutes from Aberdeen city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and inspire a dedicated team in a luxury hospitality environment.Key Responsibilities:* Oversee and manage the restaurant and bar operations within the hotel, ensuring the highest levels of service and guest satisfaction.* Lead and support a team of 5 supervisors and numerous assistants, providing clear direction and fostering a culture of excellence.* Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations while maintaining exceptional standards of food and beverage service.* Work closely with the hotel management team to deliver fine dining experiences that reflect the luxury and prestige of the hotel.* Drive revenue growth through innovative ideas and excellent guest engagement.Ideal Candidate:* Proven experience in fine dining and working in 4 or 5-star hotel establishments.* Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a young and vibrant team.* Confident communicator with a keen interest in all aspects of hospitality.* A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.* Knowledge of wine and beverage service will be highly advantageous.If you have the expertise, passion, and dedication to thrive in a high-end hospitality environment, we want to hear from you!Apply today or alternatively send a copy of your CV and cover letter to Andrew at
