Accounts Assistant

- Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
Reed Accountancy are currently working with a renowned organisation who are looking to grow their finance team in the Aberdeen space through seeking an experienced and proactive Accounts Assistant. The successful candidate will assist across accounts with a specific focus in the operations of their purchase ledger.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Resolving supplier queries efficiently and effectively
- Setting up new supplier accounts in line with company procedure
- Reviewing ledgers for data entry
- Supporting weekly payment run processes
- Maintaining company expenses
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a purchase ledger role
- Excellent communication, verbal and written
- Thrives under autonomy with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
