Join a Dynamic Team as a Paraplanning Team Manager in Aberdeen!

Are you a Diploma Qualified Paraplanner with a keen eye for detail and a passion for leading teams? We're looking for a driven Paraplanning Team Manager to join our client’s team in Aberdeen.

Role Highlights:

  • Conduct regular one-to-ones and team meetings
  • Provide comprehensive induction and ongoing training for new joiners
  • Identify strengths and areas for development within the team
  • Encourage personal development and professional exams
  • Liaise with financial planners and client services teams
  • Facilitate monthly Paraplanning forums and Financial Planner meetings

Key Relationships:

  • Financial Planning team
  • Central Operations team
  • Peer Group Paraplanning Managers
  • Central functions including Compliance

What Is Required:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Fully qualified Paraplanner
  • Proficiency in IO, Excel, and other data management tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team player with coaching and mentoring abilities
  • Budget Responsibility: Set annually as part of the budget process
  • Broad knowledge of the financial services sector (desirable)
  • Ability to roll out new processes (desirable)
