Are you a Diploma Qualified Paraplanner with a keen eye for detail and a passion for leading teams? We're looking for a driven Paraplanning Team Manager to join our client’s team in Aberdeen.
Role Highlights:
- Conduct regular one-to-ones and team meetings
- Provide comprehensive induction and ongoing training for new joiners
- Identify strengths and areas for development within the team
- Encourage personal development and professional exams
- Liaise with financial planners and client services teams
- Facilitate monthly Paraplanning forums and Financial Planner meetings
Key Relationships:
- Financial Planning team
- Central Operations team
- Peer Group Paraplanning Managers
- Central functions including Compliance
What Is Required:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Fully qualified Paraplanner
- Proficiency in IO, Excel, and other data management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team player with coaching and mentoring abilities
- Budget Responsibility: Set annually as part of the budget process
- Broad knowledge of the financial services sector (desirable)
- Ability to roll out new processes (desirable)
