A1 Jobs have an excellent opportunity for a Site Joiner to work with our client on their commercial project, the contract will run for a minimum of 10 weeks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality joinery work on high end commercial projects, ensuring all tasks are completed to industry standards and within agreed time frames.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain commercial joinery components such as doors, frames, partitions, staircases, ceilings, and flooring.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project requirements.
Work with a variety of tools, machinery, and equipment to complete joinery tasks safely and efficiently.
Ensure all work meets health and safety regulations and company quality standards.
Collaborate with other tradespeople, site managers, and contractors to ensure project completion.
Carry out site preparation and clean-up as required.
Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site joinery issues.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Commercial Joiner or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
