Sales Manager Role Profile

Job Purpose: Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop strong customer relationships by providing expert knowledge and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Achieve sales targets.Monitor performance and take corrective action.Communicate and distribute targets.Plan and implement promotional activities.Attend management meetings and report on sales.

Managing the Team:

Conduct performance reviews.Motivate the team with incentives.Recruit and induct new staff.Ensure business continuity during absences.

Customer:

Allocate customer sets to build relationships.Provide excellent customer service.Engage key customers regularly.Arrange customer visits.Maintain a professional appearance and integrity.

Systems and Processes:

Ensure proper use of business systems.Comply with standards and guidelines.Maintain a clean work environment.Ensure accurate documentation.Manage customer credit and source additional parts.Other:
