Jewson ABERDEEN is now recruiting for a Branch Sales Manager to support a team of 3 sales colleagues in branch.

HOURS OF WORKMonday to Friday 730am to 5pmSaturday 8am to 12noon (1 per month)

What will I be doing?Our Branch Sales Managers are an important contributor to the teams shared success and an essential part of our Customers positive experience with us.

In order to support our customers and deliver a great service you will;

  • Act as first line support to the Branch Manager to lead and support Sales team of 3 to drive sales across the branch
  • Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions
  • Develop great relationships with new business (50%) and existing Customers (50%) (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
  • Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth
